Welcome Back Debrief & General Meeting

We would like to invite the summer 2019 delegations and all chapter member families as well to a Welcome Home Debrief and General Meeting Open to the Public !
Welcome Back Debrief 11:00am – 12:30 pm
All summer 2019 travelers/delegates and their parents should attend the Welcome Home Debrief !
The debrief is an exciting reunion for all the delegates and leaders, and it provides a fun way to share your experience with others.
CISV Chapter Board members will be on hand to solicit feedback from your experience in order to plan for our 2020 year, capitalize on what we have done right and hear how we can improve.
Lunch Break 12:30-1:15pm
We will order pizza for the group
General Meeting 1:15pm – 3pm
The General Meeting is open to all members and we will share plans for the year 2020, important upcoming dates, and volunteer opportunities (both open Board positions as well as open Committee positions will be announced.) In order to vote in the elections, you must be a current member, be sure to pay your membership dues!
