The ongoing COVID-19 health situation is having a great impact on all CISV International and National programs, training and local activities.
We received formal communication from CISV USA that all hosting and sending CISV USA programs have been canceled. All Miami chapter local in person activities has been canceled as well.
We understand and share your disappointment with the loss of such great opportunities, but we support CISV USA’s position in putting the safety and health of our youth, parents, and volunteers above everything.
It is heartbreaking news to communicate to the kids, parents, leaders, and all the people who worked so hard for the programs, but we are already looking forward and seeking ways to recover and keep our kids and families engaged with CISV.
Thank you all for the continuous support towards our chapter in particular in this difficult moment.
Please be safe and looking forward for the next event once the situation is solved.
